Property Boundary
Survey
Establishes or reestablishes a parcel of property as it relates to its recorded legal description. Property is physically measured and markers will be recovered or established. All identifying features and/or encroachments will be noted, as it relates to the legal property boundaries.
Topographical
Survey
Often ordered in conjunction with an engineer, topographical surveys may be used in site design, or for water drainage solutions. We can also calculate quantities of soil, water, ash, etc…
Elevation
Certificate
Provided to clients when building near or in a flood zone for insurance purposes and building regulations. May also be requested by insurance companies to rate existing structures.
